I purchased this chair during one of the black friday sales and got it for a great price. Haven't regretted it at all. The chair is insanely heavy to take to a second floor but just moving it around is fairly easy as their are wheels on the back and you can tip the chair backwards and push or pull. There isn't really anything to hold onto while moving the chair so it is a bit cumbersome even with the wheels. The chair functions mostly as described. The "stretch" setting doesn't go back any farther than the zero gravity so that was a bit disappointing. I'm sure the angles mentioned are accurate but the photos make it seem like it would go back a little further, you know, for a "stretch". I also wish the control panel holder was on a movable stand instead of a solid one. I would like to be able to move it around while in the stand instead of only being able to move the panel if I am actually holding it. Plus, where it is located, the panel can easily come out of the holder if you bump it, which happens to me because of the location I have the chair in comparison to my bed. Those are really my only two "issues" and they're not even really issues.

I did a lot of research before buying this chair. Like many things there are both cheaper and more expensive options, and we finally settled on this model as having the right combination of affordability and higher-end features. It was also more aesthetically pleasing than other choices. After 3+ months of use we're very happy with our choice. The chair arrived well-packaged and was relatively easy to set up with very minimal assembly. The controls offer a broad variety of massage options, and the shiatsu functions are very strong. We use it almost every evening, and have had no problems with the chair from day one. The things I would change are relatively minor. I'd add the ability to disable the arm controls as our cats frequently jump on the chair and bump the large power knob, and my wife has fallen asleep a few times and tapped it by mistake. Overall we're very pleased with our choice and look forward to years of stress relief!

Super wise financial investment if you look for comfort and want to have a relaxing time! Even better than going to a massage centre or spa. Plus, the price is really worth it.

I have owned several top massage chairs in my life. Recently I bought this Luraco i9 Max in last Christmas. Did try a few other brands before making this purchase. So far, I couldn't be happier with it. As a mechanical engineer, here are a few things from this chair that I really like: 1) The duel 3D massage rollers on the back is outstanding. Both engines work on neck, lower back, and glute at the same time. Neck massage is strong and excellent movements. 2) The split L track is cool and gives amazing stretching 3) The hand rollers and hand stretching cannot be found in any other chair 4) This chair design is beautiful with a lot of attention to the details 5) I like the user's profile saving making it very convenient. 6) The online lifetime software updatable is good feature. I don't need it now. but may need it later when they have new software version. 7) The leather and overall chair looks very high quality and well built. 8) The battery power backup does work. The other night, my circuit breaker tripped due to my portable heater and the chair did park. This is really cool. 9) I'm glad that there are still Made in USA products out there. Can't go wrong with Made in USA standard. Highly recommended if you looking to get a best massage chair.
